DESCRIPTION: These requests for proposals, actual grant proposals and amendments, curriculum materials, and other state or other agency resources document federal grant money available and used in the Gender Equity Program. This program provides a resource to districts, teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote equity in the classroom for both sexes, improve teaching strategies, and give teachers training in such subjects as sexual harassment or gender equity awareness. Information includes the grant amount and uses to which the money would be put.
