DESCRIPTION: The Educational Equity Section oversees a program which provides funding for artists of minority ethnic backgrounds to perform in public schools. This program is mainly supported by federal Chapter 2 funds. These files contain a request from a school board to have an artist perform, approval by the Equity Section of the program, an evaluation of the program by the school, and a copy of the payment made to the school.
