TITLE: Photo intake logs
DATES: 1989-2014.

DESCRIPTION: This log is used to keep track of the process of photographing incoming inmates. The inmates come through Reception and Orientation/Parole Violation (R&O/PV) so the log includes individuals committed and/or recommitted. Information includes inmate name and number, date inmate came to prison, where inmate is housed, date photo was taken, and whether inmate was fingerprinted (new committals are fingerprinted at this office). Once the photo is completed and properly filed, the fingerprint cards are turned over to records, and all other information is checked for accuracy, the record can be destroyed.
