DESCRIPTION: Records used to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency requirements (40 CFR Part 761, 1992) on testing, storing, and disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB). PCB is any chemical substance that is limited to the biphenyl molecule that has been chlorinated to varying degrees or any combination of substances which contains such substance. Files include PCB certified test reports, annual reports, disposal records, certificates of destruction and disposal contractor agreements.
