DESCRIPTION: These are computer printouts listing all police indicating any specific attributes they may have that would be useful in case of emergencies or situations where special talents or knowledge are needed. Some examples are: persons with ability to speak a foreign language, airplane pilots, experts in hostage negotiations, persons with breathalyzer knowledge, trauma squad, persons with familiarity with bombs or dynamite, marksmen, heavy equipment operators, scuba divers, persons with first aid training, etc. The printouts include attribute code number and officer's ID number. This record is continuously updated.
