DESCRIPTION: This is a microfilm that combines the above three records series. Notices of Suspension (6919) are notices sent to corporations by the department that their certificate of incorporation is being suspended for a year due to their failure to comply with all aspects of the law. Notices of Delinquency (16649) are notices from the Tax Commission to the Department of Business Regulation that a corporation has failed to pay its taxes. Returned Mail (16647) is mail returned to the division as undeliverable.

This includes the date of the suspension or notice of delinquency, the reason for the suspension, the terms by which the corporation may remove the suspension, and the name and address of the corporation.
