DESCRIPTION: These records are created to help prepare bureau's budget.

These records include working papers, cost statements, copies of memoranda including requests for additional equipment, copies of memoranda of understanding on budget priorities, budget guidelines from division, and rough data accumulated in the preparation of annual budget estimates, including duplicate appropriation language sheets, revenue history and projections, and narrative statements, and the bureau's copies of reports submitted to the budget office.
