FORMAT MANAGEMENT

Paper: Retain in Office for 1 year and then destroy.

Paper: Retain in Office until updated and then destroy.

Paper: Retain in Office until equipment no longer functional and then destroy.

Administrative Fiscal

Inventory control sheets and other records documenting equipment owned by the bureau are necessary to document bureau charges. When the records are updated the are no longer necessary. Manuals accompanying equipment should be retained for reference for as long as the bureau has the equipment.
