DESCRIPTION: These are permits issued by the state under motor vehicle regulation A 12-06-6 to allow an owner of a vehicle to operate that vehicle in the state for up to 96 hours. This permits a purchaser to transport his vehicle from the place of purchase to its destination without having to register the vehicle. This record includes the points of origin and destination, the make and year of the vehicle, the vehicle identification number, the name of the insurance company, the policy number, the dates issued and expires, and the name and address of the owner or authorized representative.
