DESCRIPTION: These are environmental laboratory certification program audit results. R444-14-1(1994) establishes the rules and guidelines for the certification of these laboratories. R44-14-12(1995), addresses the requirements of an annual performance evaluation audit of these laboratories. The information gained from these audits is used to evaluate the laboratories who submit environmental data to state agencies and to insure they are in compliance with state and federal programs. It also insures that the lab is operating within established guidelines. Information includes laboratory test results, blind audit samples, certification records, chemical analyses records, facility requirements, department recommendations, list of laboratory equipment and supplies, analytical methods, and quality assurance.
