DESCRIPTION: These are Human Services case files provided to the Monitoring Panel for reference in litigation or hearings before the United States' District Court. The Monitoring Panel was established to track services provided to clients by the Department of Human Services. It uses these case files to review for determination of compliance with the settlement agreement (David C. v. Leavitt). Information includes case files from the Division of Child and Family Services, family case files, correspondence, attorney work product, and court documents.
