DESCRIPTION: These records are created as a result of the process of planning and implementing the Archives finding aids system and all cataloging functions. Information includes copies of procedures, examples of records, correspondence and reports concerning the development of each system or type of finding aid, records from cooperative description and appraisal projects with other archives, planning documents for the development of the Archives computer system, and examples of the reports from the computer system, or examples of records and descriptive standards from other archives.
