DESCRIPTION: These aerial photographs are used for community design projects and city planning. The Arts Council uses these photos in assisting communities with city planning projects. The photos document the layout of the communities and provide a valuable historical resource to document physical changes in Utah's communities. The records contain both color and black and white photographs.
