DESCRIPTION: This is a step-by-step procedural log that tracks a capital improvement project (CIP) from bid specification preparation to the completion of a purchase order funding the project. This log is a basic check list used by the department secretary to document that all procedural requirements are met during the process. Information includes the project name, project number, design engineer, purchase order number and completion dates for each step of the project.
