DESCRIPTION: These are accounts payable billing records for group counseling sessions funded by the agency for clients. The group counseling sessions are conducted by a mental health professional who is not part of the agency staff. The agency pays the mental health professional for each counseling session conducted. This record series includes rosters of group counseling session attendees which are used as backup documentation for payment. Information includes date of session and names of attendees.
