DESCRIPTION: These case files document the interaction between the State Archives and state and local government agencies (counties, local health departments, municipalities, school districts, and special districts) throughout the State of Utah. They are created by the archivists during their their normal duties as records analysts. Included are the approved State Records Committee (SRC) retention and classification reports, micrographics feasibility studies, Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) Classification Worksheets, organizational charts, signed destruction letters, agency sign-off sheets, microfilm work orders, significant correspondence, and other related documentation.
