DESCRIPTION: These records include the various forms required to adopt new rules or to amend and continue existing rules. They may contain information such as the agency name and address, agency contacts, a summary of the rule or rule change and reasons for it, the anticipated cost impact, the type of notice, a justification for a 120 day rule, any applicable state or federal mandates, the means of public comment, comment period feedback, the signature of agency head or designee, and the effective date of each rule or rule change. Audio recordings or transcripts of rule hearings may also be included.
