DESCRIPTION: These records contain information gathered from wildlife tissue samples submitted by local hunters. Samples are used to test for chronic wasting disease and to track the possible spread of the disease in Utah. Files contain the name, phone number, and address of person submitting samples. They also contain the animal's death date, location, and test results.
