DESCRIPTION: The bureau determines if an applicant is eligible to receive a certificate of eligibility to have records about him or her expunged (Utah Code 77-40-103(1)) (2014). The records in this series include those that were created when an applicant was denied. They include the applications, work sheets, criminal histories, FBI records, court dockets and any correspondence.
