DESCRIPTION: These records support the agency's function to document the vital records and statistics of the residents of the state (Utah Code 26-2-3 (2013)). These records verify the appropriate issuance of hemp extract registration cards which allow those who suffer from intractable epilepsy to be treated with hemp extract (Utah Code 26-56-103 (2014)).
