DESCRIPTION: This series contains several books used to records payments under the headings "light", "water", and "sundry." Levan Town operated public utilities to provide electrical power and water to residents. Most of the payments recorded in this series are for those utilities. The occasional "sundry" payments are for such things as licenses and fines. One book also includes accounting of revenues and expenses for a 1941 baseball tournament. The records typically record such information as the name of the person making payment, the balance due, the date, and the amount paid.
