DESCRIPTION: These are applications for license for the sale of special fuel as required by UCA 59-13-302. Inclusive dates are 1979-1982 and after 1986. They include Batch header cards and application for license to engage in business as a dealer in Special fuel. Information includes the dealer's name and address, license number, date issued, character of the business, business address, whether the business is a sole proprietorship or partnership or corporation, names of the owners or partners, batch number, document count, routing of the batch, type of transaction, amount of increase or decrease of assessment and remittance and the amount of payment made.
