Contracts include maintenance contracts, procurement contracts, and facility contracts. These have been approved by the Division of Finance and the Attorney General's Office. The individual agencies also maintain a copy. This record includes correspondence, price lists, bid proposals, equipment service reports, invoices, description of materials and services provided, unit costs and letters of authorization from the Attorney General's Office.
