DESCRIPTION: This is a record of the diet order prescribed by the dietician for the resident.
This series includes the Therapeutic Diet Request, the resident's name, age, height, weight, sex, diagnosis, diet order, name of physician, and building name of the resident.
Original copies must be kept permanantly in the client's medical record.
