DESCRIPTION: These are orders issued by the Public Service Commission to motor carriers who have failed to comply with the insurance requirements of UCA 54-6-42. According to UCA 54-6-42(5), before a carrier's permit is revoked, the carrier is given the opportunity to comply with the insurance requirements. This file is used by the division to monitor that compliance.
