These are class profiles used to verify the statistical data of each treatment and diagnosis class group to provide a detailed breakdown of the overall utilization patterns. These records include the report date, the class group, the reporting periods (up to five) covered by the report, the numbers that are considered average, standard deviation, the lower limit, and the upper limit, and the relative weight given to each, the totals number of profiles process, and the totals printed and non-printed for each category.
