DESCRIPTION: This comprises three duplicate copies of all the bureau's correspondence. One set of correspondence is arranged numerically, one set is arranged alphabetically, and one set is labeled a suspense file. These records include copies of outgoing and originals of incoming correspondence and memoranda between the bureau and other Health Department bureaus, the division and department directors, other state agencies, federal agencies, medicaid providers, and the public. Subjects include policies, surveys, procedural interpretations and clarifications, and cost containment efforts.
