This list is transferred to the Director of Finance where it is combined with other electronically maintained lists. They are matched against an electronic list of individuals receiving income tax refunds. If a person is in arrears with the State, the refund is withheld from them and is used to pay the debt.

The Tax Commission was the agency that generated this listing. Recovery Services took action on this information and is responsible for maintaining these records for audits.
