DESCRIPTION: These are the publications sent to each outlet and store and are a complete listing of all products. Included are liquor prices remaining the same, delisting, special price allowances (SPA), and price changes. An SPA allows the given price on an item to be lowered for usually one month before the price returns to normal. The stores then use this to reprice the stock. Information includes date of publication, product description, price change, and products delisted. May also include correspondence and memorandums addressing price corrections, price changes, and other issues. The records in this record series are not intended to collect personal identifying information, but may inadvertently do so during the course of correspondence. This may include: First & last name, email address, and phone number. This information is not shared or used beyond the correspondence containing it.
