DESCRIPTION: These are case files of artists and organizations who are applying to participate in the Performing Arts Tour Program. The files are used by a panel in the selection of participants and are then used in subsequent years to refer to available artists and performing organizations. These files include names and addresses of applicants, information regarding the type of program offered for varying audiences, history of group or artist, references, budget information, comments of the panel, and social security numbers of individual artists.
