This is used by the bureau to monitor the postings to FIRMS at the activity level. The information includes the low organization number, the employee count, the total amount of pay earned, the amount of FICA paid, and the amounts paid for retirement, life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, long-term disabilities, and the total benefits paid.
