DESCRIPTION: These are the files of a federally funded program designed to provide health services to migrant workers and their families. The bureau gives children physical examinations and recommends needed treatment. However, the bureau does not provide that treatment. The information in these files includes the child's name, address, date of birth, sex, race, and home address; the parents' names and occupation; the name of the family doctor and dentist; the child's medical history and record of immunizations; and the results of the physical examination.
