DESCRIPTION: This is an updated list of recipient errors in the MMIS system. This is part of COM 68075A, MMIS RCT09, RCT10, RCT32, RCT11, RCT12 reports. It includes the report date, the recipient identification number, the recipient's name, the case number, the beginning and ending dates of service, the category, district, and county codes, if adult or family, and reason for the error and how the error was corrected (i.e., birth date invalid, record updated by rewrite).
