DESCRIPTION: These are plat maps for new subdivisions. Before a subdivision is officially created a subdivision plat must be recorded with the county recorder (UCA 10-9-26). These maps show the blocks, lots and streets within the subdivision; square foot measurements; fire hydrants; building lines; power and light lines; dimensions, sections, name of subdivision; owner's and parcel numbers.
