This is used to aid the department in verifying the statistical validity of the data on the system and to establish the upper and lower limits of the claims considered normal. It includes the report date, the class codes of service, the dates of service for which the data is being reported, the ranges used in the frequency distribution, and the number of recipients whose activity level falls within each specified range.
