DESCRIPTION: These are twenty-four hour tape recordings of all incoming and outgoing phone or radio calls made from the dispatch office. They are used to document actions of dispatch personnel. These tapes are rotated every fifty-two days. Portions of tapes concerning questionable cases are transferred to cassette tapes.
