DESCRIPTION: These are the actual proposals from the construction company of Heery and Okland regarding the project manager qualifications for Phase I Development of the Utah State Prison. There is submittal "A" and submittal "B". "A" contains a Management Services Proposal and "B" is the Fee Proposal. These proposals include statement of approach, and statement of qualifications regarding the personnel to handle multi-million dollar phased programs in occupied correctional facilities.
