It includes run and report dates, the accounting period, the percentage of the year expired, the appropriation number and name, the division number and name, the cash code number, a description of the cash fund, the estimated revenues for the current fiscal year, the current month's revenues, the year to date cash received, the year to date expenditures, the unexpended cash balance, the encumbrances/ reservations, the uncommitted cash balance, and the total for the division for each category.
