It includes run and report dates, the accounting period, the percentage of the year expired, the appropriation number and name, the division number and name, the account number and name, and, for each account, the amount of the annual work progress, the expenditure for the current month, the expenditure for the year to date, the unexpended annual work progress, the percentage of expenditures for the year to date, the outstanding encumbrance/reservations, the unencumbered/unreservations annual work progress, and the expenditures encumbered/unreservations for the year to date, and the total per bureau and division.
