DESCRIPTION: This is a record of the abnormal interpretations, tracings and/or graphs which represents electronic currents generated by the contractions of the heart muscle as it works. This record is used in the diagnosis of abnormal heart action.
This series includes the tracing, diagnosis, interpretation, name of the referring physician, clinical syndrome, facility where the EKG was given, rhythm, wave reading, and date.
