DESCRIPTION: This file contains all necessary and required information to document the individuals eligibility to become an examiner or an intern examiner. No person may administer examinations without first receiving a license to do so. This includes the application, finger print cards (2), photograph, copy of previous license in case of renewal, agency correspondence, applicant correspondence, supervising examiners report, correspondence from attorneys, correspondence from examiners, polygraph board correspondence, criminal history information, driver license copy, various types of diplomas, tape recordings, and polygraph charts. This license must be renewed every two years.
