DESCRIPTION: The annual report of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction is an overall outline of the state's public educational system and is mandated by Utah Code 53E-1-203 (2023). Designed to provide of public account of the school system, it includes a general evaluation of the Education Office's activities and programs. Each report reviews the accomplishments of the previous year, recommending areas for new emphasis or improvement. Specific sections answer questions on funding, productivity, development, quality and focus.
