DESCRIPTION: These files were established for property owners who have tenants pay water bills. The owner must co-sign to be held responsible for charges that tenants refuse to pay. They are used to determine accountability for billing purposes. These files include owner's signature, mailing address, social security number, driver's license number, date of birth, date signed, service address, account number, meter number, size, model, date installed, date taken out of service, work order number and billing code.
