The Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing may direct disiplinary action or refuse to renew licenses for unprofessional conduct, or moral turpitude (UCA 58-1-15 (1992)). The division must comply with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act before initiating disciplinary action against a licensee (UCA_58-1-16_(1992)).
